What does OnLineDoctorsUSA, LLC. offer?
OnLineDoctorsUSA, LLC. is committed to providing the best-personalized medical advice available on the internet. We by no means replace your primary care physician. We are supplemental to the care you receive from them. We offer Script Direct to the local pharmacy of your choice.





What is the consultation fee?

The current fee for doctor's consultation is $200.00 US. Price includes prescription overnight delivery.





What do I receive for my fee?

After sending in the required information, you will receive a one-on-one telephone consultation with our medical staff. They will discuss your specific needs, answer any questions, and if deemed necessary, will write your prescription(s). They will also forward your prescription to your local pharmacy for filling.





What if I cancel the consultation?
If you are unable to keep your appointment, you are required to reschedule another appointment within 72 hours. If you do not reschedule, your consultation fee will be refunded minus an administration charge of $50. If you have questions or need help, you can also contact a customer care professional via Live Help, telephone or email . Be please be aware for every consult you schedule and miss, it has taken the place of another customer consulting for that time.





What is the minimum age requirement?

You must be at least 21 years of age to order a consultation from our site.





Are my credit card details secure using your web site?

Yes, we use a 128bit secure socket layer to process all credit card transactions. This is the highest level of security.





What is your Privacy Statement?

All personal patient files, which contain the questionnaire, personal information, medical history/records, and payment method, remain secure and confidential. Your medical information is available only to the consulting doctor. All other generic information is also secure. We do not sell or trade your personal information.




What if the doctor requires additional records and I am unwilling to provide or unable to obtain them?
You will be told at time of consultation if more records are needed. At this time, you will either agree to send them in or tell the staff you are unable to proceed. If unable to proceed in providing more documentation, let the staff know right then and there. The consultation fee can be refunded at this time. If you agree to send in more records and a script is written for you, you will be put On Hold until the additional records have been received.
