Our Prescription Direct program offers same day consultations with approved medication prescriptions sent directly to your local pharmacy for added convenience as well as lower cost.

    1. We require at least 1 office visit within the last 12 months and all records MUST contain a date, doctor’s diagnosis, prescribed medication and doctor’s signature. Please be aware that MRI's and X-Rays are NOT sufficient alone. They must accompany office visit documentation.
    2. We also require a copy of a photo ID.
  4. Pay for your consultation by credit card via Pay Pal
  5. Participate in your Telephone Consultation with our medical staff.
  6. After your consultation, your prescription will be faxed to the pharmacy of your choice to be filled or if you prefer we can deliver your prescription directly to you via overnight delivery that you can take to your pharmacy to have filled.
